We are 100% owned by our employees. MyPath shares are held in trust for the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP.

Employee ownership is a source of tremendous pride. It affects our workplace culture, our services, our relationships with families and funders—literally everything we do. Every employee-owner is invested in our company’s success and is driven to perform. Each of us has a direct stake in the outcomes that we produce for the 2,000 people we serve each year. We only succeed if they succeed.
