Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MyPath

At MyPath, we believe our future success depends on bringing together people from all walks of life, including diverse backgrounds, cultures, perspectives, and experiences. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are values that apply to everyone, without preference or disadvantage to any group.

Our Commitment to a Fair and Belonging Culture

We are committed to creating an environment that reflects the richness of our communities and fosters a culture of fairness and belonging. In this culture, all people feel respected, valued, and empowered to contribute and succeed. Building this environment is a shared responsibility that begins with each of us.

Our commitment to DEI is rooted in the leadership of our employee-owners and reflects MyPath’s five core Beliefs & Behaviors:

  • Passion
  • Accountability
  • Teamwork
  • Openness
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation

This commitment is woven into every part of our work, from company policies and educational events to our executive and community programs. At the heart of these efforts is bringing people together, not creating divisions. By embracing our differences and focusing on our shared values, we build a stronger, more unified community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Compliance and Equal Opportunity

As part of our commitment to an inclusive and respectful workplace, MyPath and its companies, including T.C. Harris, comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. This includes Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and relevant state and local laws protecting characteristics such as sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, and age.

Indiana Executive Order 25-14

  • We affirm full compliance with Indiana Executive Order 25-14. Specifically:
  • MyPath does not create or maintain DEI positions, programs, or activities that grant preferential treatment based on race, color, ethnicity, or national origin.
  • We do not require or endorse training or programs that promote preferential treatment of one group over another based on these characteristics.
  • Applicants for employment are never required to submit a diversity, equity, and inclusion statement or given preferential treatment for providing one.
  • No individual is required or mandated to disclose personal pronouns.

Pathfinders: Our Owner Resource Groups

Our owner resource groups, called Pathfinders, are open to all employee-owners. Supported by management and led by our people, Pathfinders bring together individuals from every background and life experience to learn from one another, build community, and drive positive change.

These groups create a space where everyone belongs, whether you identify with a particular group or simply want to listen, learn, and show support.

Pathfinders play a vital role in:

  • Promoting awareness and understanding.
  • Creating opportunities for allyship and connection across the organization.
  • Offering valuable insight and perspective on emerging issues.

We are proud to support Pathfinders dedicated to Generations, Women, LGBTQ+, Race & Ethnicity, Salute to Service (Veterans), Mental Health, Abilities & Neurodiversity, and Environment. All employee-owners are welcome to join any group, as every voice helps strengthen our culture of belonging.
